What is this $100 Port-in Credit offer?
Starting December 1, 2017, for a limited time, T-Mobile for Business and Government, Corporate Liable customers will get a one-time $100 bill credit for every voice line ported-in from Verizon, AT&T or Sprint to a T-Mobile ONE for Business plan.
Who is eligible for this offer?
New and existing T-Mobile for Business and Government, Corporate Liable customers with a T-Mobile ONE for Business plan.
Can this offer be combined with other offers?
Yes, this offer can be combined with all other offers currently in market.
Are there any exclusions to this offer?
- Consumer & Sole Proprietor account types are not allowed.
- Port-ins (number transfers) from any T-Mobile provider, including T-Mobile Prepaid, MetroPCS, Walmart Family Mobile, Go Smart, or an MVNO that uses T-Mobile's network are not allowed
- Port-ins (transfers) of numbers that have been used with T-Mobile service within 90 days will not be allowed.
How do I redeem this offer?
Simply port (transfer) your voice lines from Verizon, AT&T or Sprint to a postpaid T-Mobile ONE plan (business & government versions). Port-in (number transfer) must be for a new voice line and completed within 30 days of line activation to qualify. The one-time $100 bill credit will be automatically applied to each voice line you port (up to 100 lines per BAN (Billing Account Number)).
When will I see my bill credit?
Your account must be in good standing for 60 days after activation to receive the credit. Credit will be applied within 4 bill cycles.
Is there a limit to how many times I can take advantage of this offer?
T-Mobile for Business customers don’t have any limits on the number of devices allowed on their account; however, this offer is limited to 100 redemptions per BAN (Billing Account Number).
